Nothing Can Separate Us From God’s Love

Romans 8:35 The Message

Do you think anyone is going to be able to drive a wedge between us and
Christ’s love for us? There is no way! Not trouble, not hard times, not
hatred, not hunger, not homelessness, not bullying threats, not
backstabbing, not even the worst sins listed in Scripture.

Nothing can separate us from God’s love. He is right there with us in the
good times and the bad times. We can ignore or reject His love but that
doesn’t change the fact that His love is right there for us.

Don’t listen to the lies of the enemy that tell you otherwise. Don’t allow
the enemy to convince you that God doesn’t love you. Bad things happen
because we live in a fallen world, but that doesn’t change the love of God.

Father, I embrace Your love. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Complete Freedom To Enter In

Hebrews 10:19 Good News Translation

We have, then, my friends, complete freedom to go into the Most Holy Place
by means of the death of Jesus.

Don’t shy away. Enter God’s presence with freedom and boldness. We can
never enter, based on our own merit.  We enter only because we are the
redeemed of the Lord.

When Jesus shed His blood on the cross, He did everything for us –
everything we couldn’t do ourselves.

His blood covers us and makes us worthy. No good work qualifies us; only
the blood of Jesus.

Father, thank You for the shed blood of Jesus, my savior. In Jesus’ name.
Amen.

God Is Faithful To Fulfill His Will

Habakkuk 2:3 Good News Translation

Put it in writing, because it is not yet time for it to come true. But the
time is coming quickly, and what I show you will come true. It may seem
slow in coming, but wait for it; it will certainly take place, and it will
not be delayed.

God sees the end from the beginning. He is committed to His plan. God is
not limited to time. He works with our choices. When we choose well, things
go quicker. When we do our own thing, His will takes longer to come to pass
in our lives.

The Israelites made choices that kept them in the wilderness for forty
years. Pharaoh chose tomorrow for the time of deliverance. His choice meant
living with the plague of frogs for one more day.

The more we allow God to lead us, the quicker the process. Quicker doesn’t
necessarily mean our version of quick. In fact, it seldom means that.

Had the Israelites gone into the promised land right away they would have
shaved off forty years, but they still had years of taking over the land.

In our instant society, we want everything immediately. God’s call on our
lives is established and fulfilled over a lifetime.

Father, I want to be led by Your Holy Spirit in all I do. In Jesus’ name.
Amen.

2 Corinthians 1:20 The Message

Whatever God has promised gets stamped with the Yes of Jesus. In him, this
is what we preach and pray, the great Amen, God’s Yes and our Yes together,
gloriously evident.

All of God’s promises are yes and amen, but do we agree with Him? If He
says He will give you something yet you don’t believe Him, are you really
positioned to receive?

Give Him your unbelief in exchange for His faith. Choose to trust Him and
stand on the truth of His Word.

Always remember that He loves you, and He wants to fulfill His Word in Your
life.

Father, I exchange my unbelief for Your faith. I want to receive all of
Your promises. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
